Job Description

As a Game Marshal at Bomb Battle, you’ll be the frontline experience creator — guiding players, managing game flow, and ensuring every session is fun, safe, and memorable. This role is perfect for energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Game Operations and ad-hoc support
  • • Brief players on game rules, safety guidelines, and objectives.
  • • Operate and monitor game systems, props, and equipment.
  • • Ensure smooth game flow and reset rooms between sessions.
  • • Customer Experience
  • • Engage players with high energy and positive attitude.
  • • Assist players during gameplay and manage crowd flow.
  • • Handle basic customer inquiries and on-site issues.
  • • Safety & Maintenance
  • • Ensure all safety protocols are followed during gameplay.
  • • Report equipment issues, damages, or incidents promptly.
  • • Assist with basic cleaning and upkeep of game areas.

Requirements

  • • No prior experience required (training provided).
  • • Energetic, friendly, and confident in speaking to groups.
  • • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and peak hours.
  • • Physically active and comfortable standing for long periods.
  • • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • • Passion for games, entertainment, or customer service is a plus.
